1. All the startups have 1.000.000 virtual shares. Your number of virtual shares is doubled when you register for any premium membership.
Your shares are doubled after your 14 days FREE TRIAL ends
2. DINO'S are the virtual coins for this game, which investors have and use to buy & sell your shares.
3. The investors can only sell the shares back to you, the startup
4. You, the startup can accept or reject offers (buy& sell) from investors through the My Shares page.
5. The valuation of your company is calculated based on the total value of shares sold to investors plus the value of the virtual shares not yet sold.
6. My valuation rank is based on your startups' My valuation. If you rank number 1, it means you are the highest valued startup on The Startup Buddy and investors see your startup first when they login.

3. Sell virtual shares to real Investors
Set amount of shares and Set price per share and you are ready to Sell virtual shares to Investors
4. Investors will buy your virtual shares
Wait for Investors to buy your virtual shares. You can check the contact details of Investors and your shares under "My Shares".

1.Investors get 5.000.000 DINO'S as virtual money on this game. (Our premium members get double number of coins. Become member now and play this game with more coins.)

2. Investors can only purchase shares in any company once. after the shares are purchased, the startup profile will be moved under My Portfolio page and therefore it will not be visible on startup list anymore because the investor has already purchased it.
3. The investor can only sell the shares back to the startup.
4. The startup can accept or reject offers (buy& sell) from you.
5. Once you have Enable the game button, the startup list will be visible according to the highest valuation of the startup, whereas disable the game button, the startup list will be visible according to the type of membership, our premium membership startups will be on the top of the list.
6. The current value of the startup in the My Portfolio list is taken from the price per share of the last buyer.

To check startups who are selling their shares, check list "only show startups selling shares" and here you will have a whole list of startups
4. Buy virtual shares of startups
Click on "Buy" to buy virtual shares of real startups and check the total price of virtual shares
5. Startups will reach out to you
Once you "Buy" virtual shares of real startup, contact details, such as your email address will be shared to startups
