Why?

The world is facing a climate crisis. Globally, governments are inducing a change through policies that promote entrepreneurship in the Cleantech industry. The Canadian Technology Accelerator aims to decarbonize the energy sector through international expansion of promising startups using highly innovative approaches and growth to match. The Startup Arena is a medium to welcome Canadian technology into the ASEAN Cleantech industry which has an abundance of potential in this space.

What IS STARTUP ARENA?

The ASEAN Cleantech CTA program is a Canadian Technology Accelerator initiative conducted by The Startup Buddy. This program is meant to accelerate the entry of 5 high-potential Canadian Cleantech startups into Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore. Startup Arena showcased the 5 startups innovating Solar, Green Ammonia, Oil Recovery Nanotech, Biomass conversion and Green Hydrogen to welcome prospective customers, investors and pilot projects in ASEAN.
